Keyless entry is through a digital keypad. You will be assigned a custom code to allow you to key in number to open the door. The code you will need will be sent with your check in package.

Events allowed
Events and parties can be arranged but the cabana has to be arranged in advance. Covid-19 precautions are in place and required around the resort. They can be taken off when at the pools or sitting in the beach area lounging.
No Pets
No smoking allowed
Smoking is not allowed on the Casa De Emdeko grounds.

We will send the house rules in your check in package. Most of it is standard.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

Payment Policy

We require 25% down before dates are booked with remaining balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Bookings made less than 60 days are due in full. Payments are accepted through Stripe or directly through partner payment processors such as Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and sometimes plans change that are beyond your control. We will do our best to work with you. Be aware that when dates are booked those are not available to other guests until released. We understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but we cannot be responsible for illness (including Covid-19), family emergencies, work conflicts, inclement weather or acts of Pele. Exceptions will be made for island lockdowns due to government proclamations. This does not include requirements of the Safe Travels program not being met. Based on if and when a lockdown occurs up to 100% of funds will be available for a future stay when within the cancellation window below. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. With that in mind we will work with you if possible. Here is our cancellation policy.

These are the following timelines for cancelling reservations.
• For cancellation requests received 90 days or more prior to check-in, deposits are refunded 100% or can be used for a future stay.
• For cancellation requests received 60 - 90 days prior to check-in, deposited rental fees are refunded at 75% of the deposit or can be used for a future stay. If days are rebooked the remaining deposit will be refunded or can be used for a future stay.
• For cancellation requests received 30 - 60 days prior to check-in, deposited rental fees are refunded at 50% of the deposit. If days are rebooked the remaining deposit will be refunded or can be used for a future stay booked within 1 year from original booking date
• For cancellation requests received of 30 days or less up to 7 days prior to the day of check-in, rental fees are refunded at 25% or credit towards a future stay booked within 1 year. If days are rebooked the remaining deposit will be refunded.
-There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations 7 days or less prior to check in.
-There will be no refunds for cancellations related to being unable to comply with the safe travels program of the state of Hawaii, missing flights or acts of God unless the State of Hawaii closes access to the island. Please check the requirements 1 week before arrival date to assure no changes have been made that will impact your stay.

Notes

We require all guests to have fun. Guests that don't have fun will be given a puppy and required to Hula Dance to Duran Duran.
